Elizabeth & Michael | Jefferson Market & Sava’s Wedding

Congratulations to Elizabeth and Michael who were married earlier this month!

Yowza. Their day was just so darn heartwarming and, although I already had a special place in my heart for high school sweethearts (my husband and I met in high school too!), these two were next level. Their kindness, warmth, and overriding happiness were absolutely palpable that day. They chose to surround themselves with the closest family members and friends which was incredible because I was able to witness and document the insane amount of support and love their tribe has for them.

They had the most perfect little backyard wedding planned at Jefferson Market, a delightful little place with a storied history in town. It was actually the first wedding ever to take place there! But about four minutes before Elizabeth and Michael were supposed to walk down their lovely burlap runner, the skies let loose! Everyone paraded inside and our dear bride and groom embraced the turn of events with humor and grace.

Just moments before they begin inside, I walked by the car they were waiting in and overheard them cheering: MATRIMONY! They were wed and the crowd rejoiced!

Elizabeth and Michael, thank you for trusting me with your day, with your memories. I adored it all!
